About Dr. Boh

Dr. Benjamin Boh attended medical school at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine and went on to complete his post-graduate training in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

 

He is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.

 

Upon completion of his post-graduate training, he accepted a faculty position at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, where he had a busy, academic clinical practice. While at Dartmouth he received the highest ratings in teaching and patient satisfaction. He helped develop the Transgender Program at Dartmouth and served as co-director of the Transgender Program. He was responsible for supervising and teaching medical students, Internal Medicine residents, and Endocrinology fellows. He remains passionate about teaching the art and science of endocrinology, especially diabetes and transgender care. Dr Boh is a member of the Endocrine Society and is deeply committed to being at the forefront of diabetes and endocrine care.

Dr. Boh was the recipient of the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award, which recognizes physician commitment to the compassionate treatment of patients and families, students and colleagues.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons, working on his small farm, raising chickens and skiing in the backcountry.
