Who can become a patient?Anyone 18+ who lives in NH, VT, ME or MA and who has a hormonal concern or who is seeking more comprehensive care of a hormonal imbalance. Dr. Boh also provides second opinions for non-surgical, internal medicine concerns. However, he does not serve as your primary care physician, but works in collaboration with your primary provider.

How do I become a patient?You can reach the office via our contact page, email (affirmendo@gmail.com), text or by calling the office at 603-276-0024. Please ask your primary care provider to fax a referral to 603-457-8508.

What should I expect at my first appointment?You will meet and get to know Dr. Boh Discuss your specific goals of treatment Review your medical history Learn more about hormonal treatment options You will have plenty of time to have all of your questions answered in the level of detail you deserve Collaborate and implement a treatment plan

Do you accept my insurance?We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare.

What is Dr. Boh's treatment philosophy?Dr. Boh believes in patient empowerment and will work in partnership with you to develop a comprehensive treatment plan. Communication is the cornerstone of his practice and you will always be able to reach him directly. At Affirm Endocrinology there is no automated phone system!
