Who can become a patient?

Anyone 18+ who lives in NH, VT or MA and who has a hormonal concern or who is seeking more comprehensive care of a hormonal imbalance. Dr. Boh also provides second opinions for non-surgical, internal medicine concerns. However, he does not serve as your primary care physician, but works in collaboration with your primary provider.

How do I become a patient?

What should I expect at my first appointment?

  • You will meet and get to know Dr. Boh
  • Discuss your specific goals of treatment
  • Review your medical history
  • Learn more about hormonal treatment options
  • You will have plenty of time to have all of your questions answered in the level of detail you deserve
  • Collaborate and implement a treatment plan

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most of the major insurance plans and are currently in the process of contracting with additional insurance companies. This process can take several weeks to several months, so please be patient. Our hope is to accept nearly all insurance plans, including Medicaid.

What is Dr. Boh's treatment philosophy?

Dr. Boh believes in patient empowerment and will work in partnership with you to develop a comprehensive treatment plan. Communication is the cornerstone of his practice and you will always be able to reach him directly. At Affirm Endocrinology there is no automated phone system!
