Affirm Endocrinology is located at 20 W Park St, Lebanon NH 03766. 20 W Park is on the “green” in downtown Lebanon NH.

 

Take Exit 18 off I-89 and merge onto 120 South (if you are coming from the north, bear right; from the south, bear left). After a couple hundred yards, turn left at stop sign to continue on 120 South. After a couple hundred yards more, 120 will begin to bear left and you’ll see signs for town parking. There are a bunch of 2 hour spots by the road and there is also plenty of full-day parking in the lower parking lot (20 Hanover Street lot, in front of Omer and Bob's). The 20 Hanover St lot is in the back of my building, so you will need to walk around to the front of the building or access my building through the Whipple Place building). Take the elevator or stairs to the 4th floor and you will see a waiting room with blue leather chairs (just outside of Suite 421). There are also parking spaces on the road around the green (2 & 3 hour spots), 20 W Park is next to Three Tomatoes Trattoria and above Salt Hill Pub.
